This week we start a new series were we are going to look at instances in the Bible when someone took an action or stood against the tide and changed the world forever. But these are not all the major figures that you might expect: Abraham, Moses, Peter or Paul. No, these would be people who are only known by a few lines in the Bible and yet they had a major impact for the kingdom.

But as we look at these people and what they did, the question for reflection in each instance is, “where are the faithful men, the men who go out and do hard things?” Who go out and take stands that no one else will do, Who stand tall and face adversity or speak up at the right times. It all requires bravery and assurance of who we are. But mainly who we are in Christ. The world needs men, men who will go forward, do kingdom work and speak the truth that is found only in Christ to a lost and dying world.
